Information Security Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Security Administrator to protect its on-premise and cloud infrastructure while ensuring data security.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with regulations and audit recommendations through the implementation of security products and services
• Monitor security tools and system logs to identify and mitigate threats to organizational systems
• Lead incident response efforts and maintain security documentation, including policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in an information security role
• Proven experience with security tools such as firewalls, IPS/IDS, and SIEM platforms
• Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP), GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), or equivalent certification
• Experience with scripting languages for automation and orchestration
