Information Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Security Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Information Security awareness program and protect information systems from unauthorized access
• Conduct risk assessments and provide direct support regarding risks associated with new technologies
• Create documentation of technical security requirements and generate reports analyzing data trends

Required Qualifications

• BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years of information security experience
• 2+ years of experience with networking, intrusion detection, and security technologies
• Hands-on knowledge of UNIX/AIX, Microsoft NT/2000, and various network protocols
• Experience in implementing Information Security technologies and managing vendor relationships
