Information Security Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic Security Operations Center (SOC) team, the full-time Information Security Analyst will monitor security alerts, identify and escalate incidents, and support enterprise-level customers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts in near real-time using advanced SIEM and proprietary cybersecurity tools
• Identify Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) and escalate incidents according to service level agreements
• Collaborate with customers and senior analysts to provide proactive security support and execute basic incident response activities

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a security-related or technical troubleshooting role
• Strong foundational knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and threat landscapes
• Experience with SIEM platforms and basic incident response procedures
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills in English
