Information Security Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic Security Operations Center (SOC) team, the full-time home-based Information Security Analyst - I will monitor and respond to security incidents, utilizing advanced SIEM and cybersecurity tools to ensure enterprise-level customer protection.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real-time security monitoring and escalate incidents using advanced SIEM tools
• Analyze and triage security events, identifying Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) and determining severity
• Collaborate with Tier II/III analysts on critical incident response actions and contribute to SOC knowledge base updates

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a security-related or technical troubleshooting role
• Solid grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals and threat landscape
• Proficiency with SIEM tools and scripting languages
• Customer-focused attitude with proactive engagement
