Job Summary
Supporting cybersecurity operations, the full-time Information Security Analyst will monitor, investigate, and respond to security events, threats, and incidents across enterprise systems and cloud environments while collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to enhance the organization's security posture.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to cybersecurity events and alerts from various security platforms and third-party providers
- Investigate data loss prevention alerts and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve incidents while minimizing disruption
- Support continuous improvement of security operations through alert tuning, process enhancements, and automation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7 years of experience in roles such as business systems analyst, system analyst, QA analyst, or application support specialist
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in security operations or incident response
- Information security certifications (Security+, CISSP, CEH, CHFI, CISA, GIAC, or related) preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including data protection technologies and cloud security
