Information Security Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely with occasional meetings in London, the full-time Information Security Analyst will monitor system security events, investigate incidents, and support compliance initiatives to protect the organization's information systems and data from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring system security events using current security technologies
• Investigate security incidents and respond appropriately to contain and mitigate threats
• Support vulnerability assessments and risk analyses to identify and remediate weaknesses

Required Qualifications:

• BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity, or equivalent qualifications/experience
• 2+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or IT security roles
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption
• Familiarity with security frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and CIS
• Experience with cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data privacy laws
