Information Security Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting access provisioning and identity lifecycle processes, the full-time Information Security Analyst will manage access requests, resolve issues, and assist with audit activities while collaborating with various teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process access requests and resolve problem tickets related to corporate applications and systems
• Collaborate with security teams and application support to ensure efficient resolution of issues
• Maintain role-based access controls and assist with access certifications and audits

Required qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts
• Familiarity with customer service and ticketing systems
• Ability to follow documented procedures and manage multiple tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills
