Information Security Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting identity lifecycle processes and access provisioning, the full-time Information Security Analyst will resolve issues, assist with audits, and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliant IAM support in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process access requests and resolve problem tickets related to corporate applications and systems
• Collaborate with security teams and business partners to ensure timely resolution of reported issues
• Manage the end-to-end identity lifecycle for assigned applications, including provisioning and revocation

Required qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts
• Familiarity with customer service and ticketing systems
• Ability to learn new systems and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good written and verbal communication skills
