Information Security Architect

Job Summary

Leading the security architecture and management of endpoints and servers, the full-time Information Security Architect will design, implement, and oversee security controls while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of security controls for endpoints and servers, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Conduct security architecture reviews and provide consultation for customer connections and mergers and acquisitions
• Stay current with emerging security threats and industry best practices to enhance organizational security posture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; post-graduate degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in information security or a related discipline
• Experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR) systems and compliance scanning tools
• Knowledge of security standards and hardening practices for various operating systems and platforms
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISA, and CISM
