Information Security Architect

Job Summary

Partnering with business and technology teams, the full-time remote Information Security Architect will design, implement, and enhance secure enterprise solutions, while defining security architecture standards and ensuring the application of security controls across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop, and maintain security reference architectures, patterns, and standards for secure solution delivery
• Provide secure design guidance and conduct architecture reviews, including threat modeling for complex implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of secure design patterns and security best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 7-8+ years of experience in information security and architecture across multiple IT domains
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security architecture principles and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SABSA)
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and resilient solutions integrating security controls
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex security concepts to diverse audiences
