Information Security Director

Job Summary

Leading the organization's information security strategy, the full-time remote Information Security Director will manage security architecture, oversee incident response, enforce security policies, and cultivate a culture of security awareness across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the organization's security posture, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Build and lead the information security team, setting priorities and fostering a high-performing culture
• Define and implement security architecture and strategy, adapting to emerging threats and technologies

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in information security leadership roles
• Strong understanding of security architecture standards and risk management practices
• Experience with cloud security (e.g., Azure, GCP) and incident response frameworks
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
• Experience managing security budgets and resource allocation
