Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Security Engineer I to assist in designing, implementing, and protecting systems, networks, and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security alerts from various tools
• Assist in investigating security incidents and support incident response efforts
• Maintain and update documentation for security processes and incidents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field required
• Minimum of one (1) year of related experience preferred
• CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA CyberOps, or similar entry-level certification preferred
• Experience in higher education and technology-driven enterprises preferred
• All skills, abilities, and education will be considered for minimum qualifications
