Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Security Engineer III to ensure the technological and digital security of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and mitigate cyber threats, security risks, and unauthorized access to the organization's systems
• Participate in security audits, identify gaps, and develop risk mitigation solutions
• Investigate and resolve complex security incidents and provide guidance on security protocols

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Network Support, or a related field plus five years of relevant experience, or
• Associate's degree in a related field plus nine years of relevant experience, or
• High School Diploma/GED plus twelve years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of data security practices, firewalls, and risk management standards
• Ability to provide after-hours operational support on a rotating basis
