Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Security Engineer to work remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate security alerts and conduct threat hunting across various technologies
• Maintain situational awareness of the threat landscape and collaborate with internal teams
• Participate in the escalation and response to significant security events

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on SOC experience with SIEM, EDR, email security, and cloud platforms
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Strong foundational knowledge of enterprise information technologies and security principles
• 2-3 years of experience in Information Systems or IT security-related functions
• IT degree and/or relevant training is preferred
