Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Security Engineer to join their Cybersecurity Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce security standards and procedures to align with organizational policies
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Information Security controls for projects involving sensitive data
• Monitor system performance and optimize security measures through ongoing analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 2+ years of experience in information security, or equivalent experience
• Experience in project management and team collaboration
• Certifications such as GIAC Security Operations Certified (GSOC) and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)
• In-depth expertise in Information Security controls and Microsoft Security environment
• Knowledge of Network Access Control (NAC) and Network Intrusion Prevention Systems
