Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere within the U.S., the full-time salaried Information Security Engineer will deploy and integrate a Threat and Vulnerability Detection Platform across the enterprise while managing security controls and conducting vulnerability assessments.

Key responsibilities:

• Deploy and integrate Threat and Vulnerability Platform technology across various security tools
• Implement and manage security controls to protect infrastructure, systems, and data
• Conduct vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 4+ years of experience remediating vulnerabilities on Tenable VM servers
• 4+ years of experience responding to ad-hoc scan requests and investigating false positives
• 4+ years of experience reviewing scans for potential vulnerabilities
• 2+ years of experience maintaining and utilizing Tenable VM software and infrastructure
