Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

To support cloud security initiatives, the full-time remote Information Security Engineer will assist in securing code, managing endpoint security tools, and configuring cloud services while working US hours from India.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the security of the application development lifecycle by operating code scanning tools
• Implement and manage endpoint and network security tools under senior engineers' guidance
• Assist in the secure configuration of cloud services for web applications and corporate systems

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an information security, network, or systems administration role
• Foundational knowledge of application security, cloud infrastructure, and corporate network principles
• Familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, endpoint protection, and IDS/IPS
• Basic scripting experience with a language like PowerShell or Python
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud security concepts, preferably within Microsoft Azure
