Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time salaried Information Security Engineer will implement and operate security controls across network, infrastructure, and cloud environments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain security controls following architecture team standards
• Apply zero trust access models during the onboarding of new and acquired environments
• Build and maintain automation scripts and policies to deliver preventive controls by default

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience
• 4-8 years of hands-on experience in security engineering or a related technical area
• Solid experience implementing security controls in hybrid cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management tools (Okta, Entra ID, MFA)
• Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or equivalent)
