Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted security advisor, the full-time remote Information Security Engineer will assess security risks, support remediation efforts, and implement security controls while collaborating with various teams to enhance the security posture across regional operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability management activities to identify and address technical risks
• Assist with incident response coordination and root cause analysis for regional security events
• Deploy and utilize enterprise security tools to monitor and safeguard healthcare infrastructure

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• 3+ years of experience in information security engineering or cybersecurity operations
• 2+ years of experience in vulnerability management or security incident response coordination
• 2 years of experience utilizing automated security tools or AI-assisted technologies
• 1+ years of experience working with enterprise security tools such as Splunk or Microsoft Defender
