Information Security Governance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Information Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive global governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) strategy
• Manage the Company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and oversee security policies and standards
• Lead the enterprise cyber risk management program, including risk assessments and compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Information Security, with at least 5 years in GRC leadership roles
• Strong understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, SOC, and CIS
• Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.) are preferred
• Experience in life sciences or highly regulated industries is a plus
