Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Information Security - IR & Insider Risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Incident Response team and coach members through incident management
• Establish and lead a dedicated insider risk team to defend against internal threats
• Conduct administrative management duties including performance management and talent development

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Technologies
• 3-5 years of experience in incident response handling
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in fast-paced, complex environments
• Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat emulation
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience
