Information Security Manager

Job Summary

Leading the organization's security operations, the full-time remote Information Security Manager will manage Security Analysts, oversee daily security monitoring and incident response activities, and ensure effective execution of operational security controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Security Analysts in security operations center (SOC) activities and security administration
• Oversee daily security monitoring, event triage, and incident response coordination
• Develop and report on security operations metrics, trends, and performance indicators

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field required, or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in information security, security operations, or a related technical discipline
• 2 years of people leader experience required
• Experience in security operations, incident response, monitoring, access control, or vulnerability management
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+, GIAC)
