Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a structured portfolio of Information Security programs with clear KPIs and accountability
• Drive accountability across teams to ensure milestones and timelines are met while tracking risks and issues
• Lead the development of executive-level reporting on Information Security programs, providing visibility into performance and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of experience in Information Security or IT program leadership within healthcare or regulated industries
• Experience supporting C-suite leadership and executive governance forums
• Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP preferred
