Information Security Risk Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely anywhere in the United States, the full-time Sr. Manager, Information Security Governance Risk and Compliance will oversee the evaluation of technology, information security, and data risks, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations while providing risk-based insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement Technology, Information Security, and Data Risk Assessment frameworks for banking products and services
• Review and oversee product and technology strategies, ensuring compliance with internal risk thresholds and regulatory requirements
• Define and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to information security and technology risk

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of overall experience, with 5-7 years in Money Movement, Banking, or Fintech environments
• Demonstrated technical depth and ability to engage with Product Managers and Engineers on design and architecture
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the capability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
• Ability to clearly articulate issues and recommendations to support risk awareness and decision-making
