Information Security Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Support Analyst, Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with technical and business users to support incoming security requests and tickets
• Protect the integrity and confidentiality of client data by validating user identities
• Provide Level I support for user password resets and MFA onboarding, and assist the Identity Access Management team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of experience in an Information Security role or IT helpdesk capacity
• Experience with Active Directory and MS EntraID
• Working knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) principles
• Basic understanding of information security principles and network protocols
