Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Security Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Engineer for information security tools and processes, ensuring effectiveness and availability 24/7
• Oversee relationships with outsourced Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Incident Response (IR) providers
• Lead a team of approximately five security engineers, focusing on recruitment, development, and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in information security engineering, security operations, or identity & access management
• Solid understanding of various information security domains
• Previous consulting experience is a plus
• Ability to champion security best practices across the organization
