Information Security Technician III

Job Summary

An Information Security Technician III is responsible for managing projects and orders, gathering security data, and providing technical support for security services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and order queue of security customers
• Gather security data from customers and manage service orders and documentation
• Provide technical support for the implementation and installation of customer security services

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 7+ years of experience in security or IP networking
• Knowledge of MPLS networks and devices
• Detailed technical knowledge of FortiGate security
• Proficiency in SSH and Cisco/Juniper/Alcatel router commands
