Job Summary
An Information Security Technician III is responsible for managing projects and orders, gathering security data, and providing technical support for security services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and order queue of security customers
- Gather security data from customers and manage service orders and documentation
- Provide technical support for the implementation and installation of customer security services
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- 7+ years of experience in security or IP networking
- Knowledge of MPLS networks and devices
- Detailed technical knowledge of FortiGate security
- Proficiency in SSH and Cisco/Juniper/Alcatel router commands
