Information Security Training Lead

Job Summary

Driving the development and execution of cybersecurity training initiatives, the full-time remote Information Security Training Awareness Lead will design engaging training programs, manage phishing simulations, and foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of annual training and awareness plans aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational goals
• Design and execute phishing simulations and insider threat training programs based on NIST standards
• Develop and distribute awareness materials and maintain an online hub for training resources and schedules

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in information security training and awareness program development
• Strong understanding of NIST standards and cybersecurity best practices
• Experience in instructional design and creating multi-modal training content
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop KPIs for training effectiveness
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Power BI is preferred but not required
