Information Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Services Manager in the Clinical Access Revenue System department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project managers, team leads, and analysts to ensure project deliverables are met
• Manage relationships with internal customers and vendors, addressing any issues that arise
• Provide leadership and direction for project and production support staff, ensuring quality and timely completion of tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 7 years of experience in information technology services, including 2 years in a supervisory/management role
• 3-5 years of management experience with direct reports and experience with Epic applications preferred
• Additional years of equivalent experience may substitute for the required degree on a one-to-one basis
• Completion of specific leadership programs may substitute for up to 2 years of required supervisory or management experience
