Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Services Manager for Enterprise Output Management (EOM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams responsible for enterprise document composition and communications
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on the reliability and modernization of critical output platforms
• Drive large-scale transformation initiatives and manage strategic vendor relationships

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven leader with experience in building and managing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance run, change, and transformation initiatives
• Experience in vendor and contract management
• Familiarity with enterprise customer communications and regulatory sensitivity in financial services
• Technical experience with modern technology stacks, including Java and MuleSoft
