Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Services Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users
Identify and recommend solutions for long-term computer hardware/software needs
Configure hardware for new employees and support software rollouts

Required Qualifications:

Minimum two years of customer service experience
Experience working in an IT environment preferred
High school diploma or GED
Strong knowledge of Windows, PC troubleshooting, and setup
Strong knowledge of MS 365, VPN, firewall, and LAN/WAN security protocols
