Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Services Technician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users
  • Identify and recommend solutions for long-term computer hardware/software needs
  • Configure hardware for new employees and support software rollouts

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience
  • Experience working in an IT environment preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, PC troubleshooting, and setup
  • Strong knowledge of MS 365, VPN, firewall, and LAN/WAN security protocols
