Information System Security Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information System Security Officer (ISSO).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide cybersecurity oversight and guidance to Information Systems Security Managers (ISSMs) and system owners
• Develop, implement, and maintain Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization packages in accordance with DoD and DHA policies
• Assess system compliance against NIST, DoD, and DHA security requirements, and produce necessary compliance evidence

Required Qualifications

• Clearance Level: Secret
• BS degree and six years of technical experience in Cybersecurity/Information Technology, or ten years of hands-on experience
• IAT Level II certification required; IAT/IAM III certification is a plus
• Experience operating and managing ACAS and demonstrated experience with the Risk Management Framework
• Familiarity with eMASS and experience assessing systems using NIST SP 800-53, DISA STIGS, and SRGs
