Information Systems Development Manager
Job Summary
Providing supervision and direction to a team of application development resources, the full-time remote Information Systems Development Manager will manage development projects, ensure quality assurance throughout the Software Development Life Cycle, and support corporate initiatives such as recruiting and employee retention.
Key responsibilities
- Allocates, schedules, and delegates development tasks to team members
- Ensures quality assurance by monitoring Software Development Life Cycle procedures, including coding estimates and code reviews
- Provides technical coaching and mentorship to development resources and manages HR attendance aspects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Approximately 4 years of development experience related to banking, lending, or retail software
- 2+ years of experience as a technical lead or in a supervisory role
- Experience in Banking, Lending, and/or FinTech preferred
- Familiarity with C#.NET for point-of-sale and enterprise services development preferred
