Information Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Systems Engineer Tier 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage monitoring solutions, devices, and alerting systems
• Troubleshoot operating systems, customer networks, and supported equipment
• Set up, configure, and maintain customer monitoring systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will be considered)
• Minimum of 1 year in a technical support, service desk, or help desk role
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS fundamentals, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Foundational understanding of Unified Communications platforms
• Exposure to ESXi/VMware virtualization technologies and Proxmox
