Information Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To support the certification lifecycle for merchant and POS vendor portfolios, the full-time Information Systems Engineer will coordinate testing processes, configure test environments, and execute SQL queries to ensure data integrity, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the certification lifecycle from initiation to production release for assigned merchant and POS vendor portfolios
- Configure test environments and collaborate with client engineering teams to establish secure network connectivity
- Execute SQL queries to validate data and ensure quality assurance during the testing and post-launch phases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in payment processing, IT systems support, or technical QA
- Proven ability to interpret and apply technical interface specifications
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Strong experience in managing client and cross-functional stakeholder relationships
