Information Systems Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Certification & Accreditation (C&A) and System Assessment & Authorization (SA&A) as part of NIST SP 800-37 Risk Management Framework
• Coordinate with the client's Cybersecurity team to achieve and maintain information systems' compliance and authorization to operate (ATO)
• Analyze collected information to identify vulnerabilities and present results to system owners or leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of IT Security, ISSO/ISSE experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with public, private, and hybrid Cloud environments (AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
• Active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one
• Experience working with ATO and security protocols for cloud application solutions
