Information Systems Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Army Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide security engineering support to ensure compliance with DoD and Army cybersecurity policies
• Assist in the design and implementation of security controls for regulatory compliance
• Perform security assessments and audits to monitor compliance with cybersecurity guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with security engineering and compliance frameworks like RMF and FedRAMP
• Knowledge of secure identity and access management protocols such as SAML and OAuth2
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python)
• Active Secret clearance required
