Information Systems Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to oversee the cybersecurity posture of an enterprise AI platform for U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle for the platform's deployment
• Develop and maintain the authorization package and serve as the primary security management contact for CBP
• Advise on system risk levels and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain a CBP Background Investigation; U.S. citizenship is required
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information assurance, with significant federal experience
• 5+ years of hands-on RMF experience, including ATO development and continuous monitoring
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent senior-level cybersecurity certification
