Job Summary

To support cybersecurity initiatives, the temporary to full-time Information Systems Security Officer will develop and implement security policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with security standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect information systems
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to information security

Required qualifications

• Relevant certifications in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)
• Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks
• Understanding of network security technologies and practices
• Proficiency in security auditing and incident response processes
