Information Systems Security Specialist
Job Summary
To help safeguard the information systems behind a revolutionary platform, the remote Information Systems Security Specialist will support day-to-day security operations, develop and maintain cybersecurity documentation, and assist in compliance activities related to FedRAMP High and DoD IL5.
Key responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day security operations to maintain a strong operational security posture
- Develop, maintain, and update the System Security Plan (SSP) and other cybersecurity documentation
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential security and compliance issues
Required qualifications:
- 5-8 years of combined work-related experience in IT, cybersecurity, or security authorization
- IAM Level I certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or IT Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with commercial security products and security incident management
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance
