Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technologist I - Information Management Officer (IMO).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide client administration for Microsoft desktop and laptop systems
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems and applications
• Provide Tier 1 support via telephone assistance, remote control tools, and onsite user support

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in information systems/computer science or three years of related experience
• Must have and maintain a Secret Clearance
• CompTIA Security+ certification or higher is required
• Minimum of two years of client support in a Microsoft Windows-based environment
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 applications
