Information Technology and Cybersecurity Department Chair

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Department Chair, Information Technology and Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate departmental activity and initiatives with other units in the University
• Manage program pathways and course schedules to ensure program and student success
• Recruit, appoint, evaluate, and supervise performance of faculty

Required Qualifications:

• Earned doctorate in IT, cybersecurity, technology or related field, or an earned doctorate with at least 18 credit hours in related field
• Minimum of seven years teaching experience
• Five to seven years of progressive administrative experience
• Experience with program and student learning outcomes assessment, as well as program and institutional accreditation processes
• Strong track record of promoting student success and diversity, equity, and inclusion
