Information Technology Director

Job Summary

To drive strategic IT initiatives, the remote full-time Information Technology Director will manage the overall technology enterprise, ensuring alignment with business objectives while overseeing IT operations, cybersecurity, software development, and data strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the CIO to develop and execute a multi-year IT strategy and translate organizational strategy into actionable plans
• Drive high-quality IT service delivery and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers
• Champion cybersecurity governance and oversee compliance programs while leading incident response efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in a director-level or senior management role
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary IT teams across operations, security, development, and data
• Strong background in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and federal compliance frameworks
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar IT budgets and vendor portfolios
