Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing business, the full-time salaried Director of Information Technology will manage all facets of the IT organization, ensuring reliable infrastructure and systems while enhancing enterprise applications and compliance across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities:

• Create vision and objectives for transforming IT processes and capabilities
• Deliver secure and efficient solutions for IT asset management and integration
• Develop and manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring project deadlines are met

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, or a related field with 10+ years of IT service management experience
• 5+ years of experience building and leading an enterprise IT team
• Proven ability to manage risk management strategies and compliance
• Experience in a multi-region, scaling company environment
• Deep understanding of business operations and financial systems
