Information Technology Director

Job Summary

Directing the activities of an Information Technology team, the full-time Associate Director of Information Technology will develop and implement IT strategies, oversee project management, and manage vendor relationships while working remotely from Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate IT support for assigned organizational segments and ensure adherence to project management guidelines
• Develop and communicate IT strategy in collaboration with leadership to meet organizational needs
• Manage staff recruitment, development, and retention while fostering a team-oriented environment

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Master's Degree preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology
• At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Understanding of enterprise data management ecosystems
• Experience leading operations-focused teams for service delivery and process improvement
