Information Technology Engineer

Job Summary

Providing support for the effective operation of information technology systems, the full-time Information Technology Engineer will assist the Director of Information Technology with networking, user services, cybersecurity, and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the IT department, including troubleshooting and desktop support
• Coordinate activities with internal IT teams and manage compliance with audit and regulatory expectations
• Support upgrades to IT systems and maintain secure access to files and programs

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Network Engineer Status
• Familiarity with Insurance Agency Management Systems, especially Vertafore and Applied Products
• 5+ years of experience in technology problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, Microsoft 365, and network configurations
