Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain CRM databases, ensuring data security and integrity
Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software issues
Develop and produce statistical reports and data analysis for organizational decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information science, computer science, or a related field
3+ years of professional training and/or certification in relational databases and CRM
Experience with database administration, preferably Blackbaud Raiser's Edge
Competency in SQL and basic Microsoft Windows administration
Previous remote work experience is preferred
