Information Technology Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Manager to support their manufacturing and finance systems environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to the ERP team serving manufacturing and finance functions
• Align technology with business priorities by collaborating with operations, production, IT, and accounting leaders
• Oversee ERP change management, system updates, and improvements related to shop floor management and inventory control

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting IT and ERP systems within a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership presence with effective communication skills across technical and business teams
• Previous experience leading or mentoring ERP-focused technical teams, including developers and analysts
• Solid understanding of core manufacturing operations and processes
• Practical experience working within IBM (AS/400 and KBM) environments
