Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Manager to oversee enterprise IT systems and enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve enterprise IT systems to enhance business information delivery and service quality
• Develop strategies and build a team to support IT infrastructure, applications, and data across multiple locations
• Collaborate with various departments to anticipate needs and mitigate risks related to information technology

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BA/BS in Computer Science required; MBA preferred
• 5-8 years of progressive IT experience with management experience required
• Service industry experience required; pharma, biotech, or CRO experience preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Preferred certifications include CCNA/CCNE and MCSE
