Information Technology Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of IT professionals, the full-time salaried Information Technology Manager will manage relationships with business stakeholders, oversee the execution of technology initiatives, and develop strategies to enhance system functionality and efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a team, providing leadership and direction to achieve departmental goals
• Develop and implement strategies for new technology delivery and optimize current services
• Facilitate communication between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project status and business needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of IT Lead or Management experience
• Minimum of three years of relevant IT experience
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications is preferred
• Project planning and management experience is preferred
